Terms of Service

The Platform and the Service are owned by administrators of camchat.today. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and are accessed by you under the Terms of Service described herein (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Platform or the Service. By accessing the Platform or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. Ads may appear in our Services, and by using them, you agree to this.
If you give us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without compensating you.

Content on our Services comes from users, publishers, and others. They're solely responsible for what they share, whether publicly or privately. While we to the best of our resources and abilities will review and remove content that violates our Terms, we cannot and do not take responsibility for any content that others provide through the Services.

8. Account Responsibility

9. Purchases and Payments
It is your sole responsibility to manage you purchases.
We may offer various social networking Services that you can purchase and use through the Services. You don’t own these Services; instead you buy enough Platform coins to use them. You will always be shown the price for Services before you complete a purchase. But the Company does not handle payments or payment processing for any purchases; those are handled by third-party payment providers or service providers (such as Google’s Google Play Store, among others). Some third-party service providers may charge you a sales tax, depending on where you live.
Subject to any applicable additional terms and conditions, all purchases are final and non-refundable. And because our performance begins once your tap buy and we give you immediate access to your purchase, you waive any right you may have under other local laws to cancel your purchase once it’s completed or to get a refund. By accepting these Terms, you agree that the Company is not required to provide a refund for any reason.
We don't handle fund transmissions or act as a money-services business. Any such functionality within the Services is provided by third parties, subject to their own separate Terms of Service.
10. Coins
To reward users for certain activities, we may offer you the chance to earn and use credits in the form of virtual currency called "Coins" within the Platform. It's important to understand:
· Coins are not real money and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or items without our written permission.
· While terms like "earn," "trade-in," or "cash-out" are used for convenience, they do not imply that Coins have monetary value.
· You have a limited, personal license to use Coins within the Services, but they cannot be transferred or resold.
· Any Coins obtained are forfeited if your account is terminated, or if the Company discontinues the Services.
· We reserves the right to manage, regulate, and eliminate Coins as it sees fit, without liability to users.
· Inactivity on your account may result in the freezing of your Coins after three consecutive months.
· The Company is not responsible for maintaining or updating your Coins balance, except in cases of verified loss due to technical issues.
· Opportunities to redeem Coins are determined by us and may be modified or terminated at any time.
· All redemptions are subject to these Terms, and once Coins are spent or lost, they cannot be refunded or returned.
Understanding these terms helps you make the most of your Coins within our Platform.
11. Data Charges and Mobile Phones:
You're responsible for any charges from your mobile service provider when using our Services, like text messaging and data fees. If you're unsure about these charges, it's best to check with your provider before using the Services.
12. Third-Party Services:
If you use a service, feature, or function provided by a third party through our Services, their terms will govern your relationship with them. The Company isn't responsible for those third-party terms or any actions taken under them.
13. Modifying the Services and Termination:
We're constantly improving our Services and may add, remove, or suspend features without notice. The Company can also end these Terms or limit your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Certain sections of the Terms will still apply even after termination.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extend permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our subsidiaries and affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) however caused and on any legal or equitable theory of liability, and whether or not for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise. These limitations will apply notwithstanding any breach of Terms.
15. Indemnity
You agree, to the extent permitted under applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all complaints, charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your content; and (c) your breach of these Terms.
16. Assignment
You are expressly prohibited from assigning your rights and duties under the Terms to a third party. The Company reserves the right to assign its rights and duties under these Terms at any time. In the event of an assignment by the Company, you understand and agree that we may share any information collected, as set forth in the Privacy Policy.
17. Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, both parties agree to resolve it through arbitration conducted in a designated location.
18. Additional Terms for Specific Services
Given the breadth of our Services, we sometimes need to craft additional terms and conditions for specific Services. Those additional terms and conditions, which will be available with the relevant Services, then become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
19. Final Terms
- These Terms make up the entire agreement between you and the Company, and supersede any prior agreements.
- These Terms do no create or confer any third-party beneficiary rights.
- If we do not enforce a provision in these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver.
- We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
- You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent.
- These Terms were written in English and to the extent the translated version of these Terms conflict with the English version, the English version will control.
